Check Disc Valves- no delamination.
New disc valve O'rings OEM Suzuki
Barrels checked to confirm milage of 10K KMS. Original Cross Hatching/Scoring present
Pilot shaft checked and is working perfectly with no rattle.
Oil pump checked and oil feed to each carburettors checked.
In carburettor slides adjusted to line up correctly.
One plastic mount behind top left hand carburettor was fitted the wrong way around, allowing air in leaning the mixture correctly fitted.
Found white nipple missing from oil pump. New nipple from Suzuki fitted. The cable was only just pulling the oil feed cables
Carbs stripped and cleaned and the valve seats for fuel inlet seated correctly to stop fuel passing the valve.
All safety checks done for engine, oil pump, running lean etc.
BS8 spark plugs put fitted as opposed to BR9ES normal bike riding. If the RG is used to full potential then BR9ES should be fitted.
Brand new purpose made rear shock fitted set up for 90KG and extra 10mm length.
Exhaust cleaned back to metal and painted with 600 degree high temp satin Black paint.
New carbon sleeves to the end cans.
New fairing kit fitted with new brackets where required
New Aluminium fairing csk washers and bolts fitted.
Battery charging lead installed
HP Finance Available for as Little as £500 Deposit with 2, 3, 4 and 5 Year options available
