V4 SP2 30° Anniversario 916 — full details and racing parts
The important thing with this model is that it already comes with a substantial amount of Ducati's race-focused equipment. It's not just a standard Panigale with a commemorative paint job. Ducati fitted carbon wheels, an STM Superbike dry clutch, upgraded Brembo brakes and a range of carbon-fibre components as standard.
1. Standard racing equipment supplied with the bike
Carbon-fibre wheels
Five-split-spoke carbon wheels, saving 1.4kg compared with the forged wheels on the V4 S. Ducati quotes a 26% reduction in front-wheel and 46% in rear-wheel moment of inertia.
STM-EVO SBK dry clutch
A race-derived slipper clutch, with the open carbon-fibre clutch cover supplied for circuit use. Ducati also describes compatibility with its dedicated Corse Performance Oil for additional power.
Brembo braking package
Stylema R four-piston front calipers, twin 330mm discs and an MCS 19.21 master cylinder with remote brake-lever adjustment.
Carbon aerodynamic package
Carbon-fibre wings, front mudguard, brake-caliper cooling scoops and exhaust heat shield.
These are factory specifications, not aftermarket upgrades.
